Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Pipexi’s websites, web application, and mobile applications (the “Services”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Pipexi on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

Pipexi provides workforce and operations tools such as scheduling, attendance and time tracking, tasks, forms, announcements, messaging, and related organization management features.

We may update, add, or remove features from time to time. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will always be available.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and use Pipexi only for lawful workplace purposes. The Services are not intended for personal consumer social networking.

Organization owners and admins are responsible for inviting members, assigning roles, and managing workplace content within their workspace.

Content submitted to an organization workspace (including schedules, time entries, tasks, messages, forms, and files) is controlled by that organization. Pipexi processes such content to provide the Services.

You grant Pipexi a limited license to host, store, transmit, display, and otherwise process content as needed to operate and improve the Services, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit content to Pipexi and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights.

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes: attempting unauthorized access; interfering with security or availability; scraping or reverse engineering except where permitted by law; uploading malware; harassing others; posting unlawful content; or using Pipexi to violate employment, privacy, or other applicable laws.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for risks to the Services, users, or third parties.

Some features require device permissions such as location or NFC. You can decline or revoke permissions in device settings, but related features may not work.

Organizations are responsible for informing employees about attendance verification practices used in their workplaces.

The Services may integrate with third parties such as authentication providers (for example Apple or Google), cloud hosting, email, and push notification platforms. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies.

Pipexi is not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

Paid plans, billing terms, and any free trials will be described at the time of purchase or in an order form. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

If payment fails or an account is past due, we may limit or suspend access to paid features.

Pipexi and its licensors own the Services, including software, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Pipexi intellectual property to you.

Feedback you provide may be used by Pipexi without obligation to you.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIPEXI DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

Pipexi is a software tool and does not provide legal, HR, or payroll advice. Organizations remain responsible for compliance with employment and labor laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PIPEXI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

PIPEXI’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO PIPEXI FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY (OR, IF NONE, ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You will defend and indemnify Pipexi against claims, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by Pipexi’s willful misconduct.

You may stop using the Services at any time. Organization admins may request account or workspace closure according to available product controls or by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Services. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services or email where appropriate.

Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Pipexi’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer or employment laws require otherwise.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
