At Pipexi, we understand that the security and privacy of your data are of paramount importance. We are committed to protecting the information entrusted to us by our clients and their employees.

Our approach is designed to support the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer data across scheduling, attendance, tasks, messaging, and the rest of the Pipexi platform.

Pipexi is committed to meeting rigorous SOC 2-aligned standards for security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy—with particular focus on chat and search-related capabilities where sensitive workplace communications may be stored and retrieved.

We continuously improve internal controls, access policies, and operational procedures so that customer data in these areas is handled with care. Where certifications are in progress, we will update this page as milestones are completed.

Pipexi is committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and similar privacy frameworks. We align our policies and procedures so that personal data of individuals in the EU/EEA (and comparable jurisdictions) is managed with care and respect.

Organizations using Pipexi remain responsible for their own employment-law and controller obligations. Details on processing practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

We protect data in transit using modern TLS encryption for connections to the Pipexi web and mobile applications and APIs.

Data at rest is protected using industry-standard encryption provided by our cloud infrastructure providers. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel on a least-privilege basis.

Pipexi services are hosted on trusted cloud infrastructure, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), a leading provider known for strong physical and operational security controls.

Cloud data centers are monitored by the provider, and transfers to and from our platform use secure protocols. We select regions and vendors with security and reliability in mind as the product grows.

We monitor systems for unusual activity and potential threats. Our team uses tooling and operational processes intended to detect and respond to security issues so that customers can continue using Pipexi with confidence.

We review alerts, investigate incidents, and apply mitigations as needed to reduce risk to customer workspaces.

We regularly review and update security practices to keep pace with industry expectations. Internal processes are designed around common best practices for access control, dependency hygiene, secrets management, and change review.

As Pipexi matures, we continue investing in formal assessments and control improvements that strengthen trust with customers.

Security is a shared responsibility. Customers help keep data safe by using strong passwords (or passwordless / SSO options where available), protecting device access, assigning roles carefully inside organizations, and training teams to recognize phishing and social engineering.

Organization admins should promptly remove access for people who leave the company and review permissions for sensitive features such as payroll-adjacent reports, messaging, and location settings.

We believe in continuous improvement. Pipexi evolves security measures alongside product development, new threats, and customer feedback. Our team tracks emerging practices and adjusts protocols accordingly.
